Enhance North Bay Village resident services. Strengthen neighborhood protection to align to population growth.  Work towards establishing our first N.B.V. Business Association to connect local business owners and increase local businesses.

Tackle traffic issues by addressing congestion and seeing practical solutions to improve traffic flow. Promote walkability and bike-friendliness on Treasure Island through Vision Zero initiatives. Champion Art in Public Places to enrich our community and foster a vibrant cultural scene.

Expand community services. Ensure North Bay Village residents benefit from new tax bases from new development while maintaining its unique island  charm and character.  Support residents as our Village density increases.   Improve safety measures, and condo board support.

Advocate for sustainable development and preparedness for hurricanes and sea-level rise. Implement initiatives to protect and preserve North Bay Village’s natural environment and  Biscayne Bay’s water quality for future generations.

Advocate for the construction of a new PreK to Middle School on Treasure Island to address low enrollment and ensure the school's sustainability. Partner with universities and non-profits for enhanced student programs and adult education.

Improve communication. Serve as a strong voice for residents at local, county, and state levels. Improve representation with the Miami-Dade School Board and collaborate with officials to address community concerns, including parking, traffic, and short-term rentals.
